What is the ProDigital Digital Wallet?

The Digital Wallet is a virtual credit balance used to pay for usage‑based services across your ProDigital workspace. Funds are pre‑loaded from a card on file and billed as you go. This keeps your fixed platform fee low while giving you full control over variable costs.

Who pays for what?

Two levels of wallets exist:

  • Client Wallet: Funds your own usage (calls, emails, AI, etc.). Your wallet is billed through your credit card on file, with a transparent costs for management & support.

ProDigital absorbs wholesale charges and pays vendors then rebills them to client wallets based on the active plan.

Load Credits

You add funds to your Client Wallet via credit card. We recommend enabling Auto‑Recharge for worry‑free operations.

Use Services

Each sent text, email, call minute, AI request, or similar deducts from your wallet. Rates are set per service. We surface detailed usage logs.

Auto‑Recharge

When your balance dips below a minimum, the wallet auto‑recharges a preset amount. A Smart Adjustment can raise that amount based on recent spend to reduce frequent small charges.
